Buffalo Stance - Neneh Cherry

“Yo' man what do you expect the guy's a gigolo man

You know what I mean?”

You’re right Neneh, he’s a cad!

It’s a pretty weird song, strange melody but got a great guitar line going through it.

The Associates? "

Aye, it wasn't on the UK version of the album Sulk but it's been an extra teach on the remasters.

PS they were very insistent that the band name was Associates, without a definite article.

Yes. Sound quality of streaming isn't always great and sometimes not available at all if in a poor signal area, and I've had cause to re-download stuff I've bought online only to find that the record label has withdrawn it. Physical formats as far as possible for me.

I jest...I know people do...I've seen them in the shops, no supply without demand

Prefer vinyl myself.

Ah, Muddy Waters, I used to have a knackered old cassette I used to play in the car when I was young (I was once, honest)

Spotify reminded me about The Lemonheads earlier - haven’t listened to them for years Mrs Robinson and It’s a Shame About Ray.
