Seriously though, normal flu lasts three weeks, when you truly think you're dying. Man flu lasts until the wife goes out and you can turn the TV over to the footie.

Most people dont even have flu never mind sticking the man in front of it. A cold is not the flu, you'd know soon enough if it was the full blown flu virus

Flu only gets serious when it is mixed up with other medical conditions which happened to me about 15 years ago.

The GP made a home visit to me as I was so unwell; he called an ambulance, and I was rushed into hospital, because my flu had been made far worse by a previously unknown Bronchial condition.

I spent a fortnight in hospital, and was off work for nearly 4 weeks.

Then, I was really ill; never again! The only good thing was the lovely nurses!

i stubbed my toe on a kerb a few months ago.... got to b worse than chaild birth...
