Clammy

Saturated

Damp

Wet

Tacky

Clammy fanny has a ring to it but it doesn't conjure a pleasant image, sort of cold and unwell or perhaps dead... At least moist can be associated with nice things such as a Victoria sponge or a kebab, eg. that sponge was thoroughly moist or her kebab is so moist its running down her leg dripping all over the floor...

I think that as much as moist is disliked, gopping, sopping, soaking, saturated, oozing, or soggy are far far worse...
