Definitely the sun coming out.

Also watching my greyhound having a good run when I take him out in the morning raises a smile. He may be arthritic now but he still likes a joyful romp (who doesn't?)

My family, so important to me. My little monsters a.k.a, kids, yes they can be a challenge at times, but love every minute we have together. Spending time with my grandparents, still very lucky to have them around.

Spending time outdoors, fresh air, seeing the lovely towns and villages nearby, beautiful!

Having a laugh with my friends, when you get to that stage where your crying with laughter

It’s a cliché, but my kids - climbing, running, jumping, engaged in some ridiculously complex imaginary world together.

And puffing to the top of a mountain to see the view.

That would be the type 4. Type one would be like machine gun fire.

Yes but easier to wipe.

The type 4 is quite soft therefore the area of wipping can be a bit larger

Manchester City Centre

Singing always makes me feel happy...

Used to do a lot of open mic nights...

and have definitely missed doing them

Getting things done

Setting goals and achieving them

Traveling, meeting new people...

Simple things like going for a drive

Taking a walk, and seeing friends

...and also, or course... really good sex

Yeah that's a pretty good measure. But not just restricted to loved ones. The world seems a better place when people can laugh with each other.
