Is it an initiative by the DVLA to make all the worst drivers in the UK drive with a God squad fish logo, or 'Baby on Board' sign? Just got back from town and can quarantee that if they dont indicate or drive at 3 MPH on the dual carriage way, they will have one or the other on the back of there car.

Got fish, babies and a car...even got some baby fish (although they don't have a car cos their flippers are too small to reach the pedals)..

What sort of logo should I have?
