Full Scottish is fantastic....

Bin lid of porridge smothered in salt.

Half a dozen deep fried mars bars

Not forgetting their five a day: Tomato sauce, jaffa cake, strawberry jam, peanut butter and fruit chews.

All washed down with a gallon of Irn Bru.

Not inflammatory at all Grann!

I like to ring the changes with brekky so had pain au chocolat today, and bought bacon for tomorrow in nice fresh white rolls.

You could try eating a yogurt with a digestive or two instead of a spoon for a change- creamy AND crunchy

i rotate between porridge with honey & raisins in, bagels & low fat cream cheese, scrambled eggs with beans or boiled egg on toast

the only regular features are banana's and coffee

I rarely change, in fact it's only when I am away that I do. My usual is 4 pieces of wholemeal toast and either strawberry jam or lime marmalade. On occasions though when jam making staff give me a pot of something they have made, I do get crab apple etc. Other than that, I am not bothered
