It's crazy how much muscle mass you lose. I was doing sets of 110kg now it's 80kg. Crazy how much strength goes

Realistically... Consuming more Calories is the only way to get big...

Liquid calories are a very good option...

why?

Because as a drink, it won’t fill you up like solid calories do... so you can easily add a high calorie weight gainer shake to every meal if need be...

I have CNP ProMass 2-3 times a day, straight after my meals... it seems to be doing the trick

Any extra advice will always be appreciated

People say that... but there’s no concrete evidence, apparently... there’s a few people on YouTube that give good advice for all aspects of diet and exercise...

That’s the kind of thing you’d call a ‘myth’ or ‘BroScience’

basically, it’s bullshit... extra mass will be directly proportional to the calories you intake, as well as the protein you eat... and your natural hormone levels...

Consume more calories... train well, eat quality protein, avoid stress, have a good sleep routine
