I'm actually really looking forward to tomorrow and going to work. My weekend has been 'meh'.

I have some anxiety actually, just a lot on and I want to make sure it’s all sorted. I’m conscious that as I’m feeling rather down generally that’s heightening everything. Just keep on breathing...

Should have started my "weekend" tomorrow (I work weekends and mine are weekdays)

But, they've asked me to go in and do some gardening (clearing a winter's worth of rubbish out the flower beds)

It's extra money. Who needs days off anyway eh

I've never heard the expression and find it quite endearing. Reminds me of a great quote from a play I heard the other day:"a man is just a child with muscles"

As for Monday - well I will get through it as usual!
