No matter how shitty my days been, I can always walk in the gym and escape from everything

cant stand it

why would you pay for it

its smelly

germs spreading in the air con

everyone elses sweat etc

i can get fit and keep fit without the need of a gym

Not addicted but it's my escape, I enjoy the training and pushing myself. Competing makes all the hard work worth the effort.

There's a good variety of equipment so you can switch up your workouts - it's deffo worth paying for, especially if you train a lot (4-6 days per week). My gym doesn't smell bad at all, I get what you're saying with the germs though
