just had my first deep fried mars bar... well half. shared it with a mate. but my god its heaven. can almost feel the heart atack coming on but its bloody worth it!

haha its great we didnt even have to pay. just bought the mars and went round all the chippies asking them to fry it. the first 2 wouldnt but the third one did!

Ive heard about deep fried mars bars, never had one think its more of a northern thing, they will fry anything if it stands still long enough

Yum! love deep fried Mars Bar, yeah they do it in batter and the batter keeps all the yummy melty goodness together

It does sound revolting, especially as Mars Bars make me feel quesy anyway as they are so sickly

But there is a perverse part of me that still wants to try one.

Must take a trip up North then by the sounds of it.

hell yeah.. they were talking about this at both the texas and iowa state fayres.... deep fried butter on a stick... don't ask!! ( I think my heart skipped a beat just thinking about it....)

have to say that i have had a deep fried bounty.... it was only once... but actually it was quite nice!!!!
