When I am looking to meet I will view profiles. If I see something in the profile text and pictures that interests me I will message them.

If people are not contacting you after viewing your profile they don't see anything that interests them.

In my opinion your pics are fine but you definitely need to work on your profile text. It tells me virtually nothing about you and I wouldn't message you.

There could be many, many more people viewing your profile who don't show up on the who's looked list, the site allows you to hide yourself from the list.
