I'd go to Savills estate agents buy an estate...then go to an estates management company pay them in advance to repair and modify it into the best ever nudist and swingers club in the country complete with hotel and restaurant facilities swimming pools hot tubs grottos and private and public areas indoors and out.

Then pay in advance for everything to stock and run the property for as long as possible...Then the most important bit...go and bribe all the relevant local and national authority figures to allow it to open and run...Busy 3 days...but well worth it in the long run.
