When I drove home at midnight, it was still 14 degrees outside (went over 31 in the back garden, this afternoon).

However, the house hasn't warmed up excessively, so I've just swapped to a 4.5 duvet.

I usually wear t-shirt and boxers, because they are easier to change/wash, than bedding.

If I wake up sweaty in the night, I grab dry ones from the bedside drawer.
