This is not a thread with me whinging it's too hot ..I love the summer and love getting my kit off . But I struggle to sleep in the summer even with a thin sheet , A fan , all Windows open, and being bollock naked . Anyone else get this ??

I cant sleep upstairs when its like this it becones a sauna, i end up sleeping on the sofa. Its so much cooler in my living room as i dont get the heat morning/afternoon in there

Cheap solution to aircon we used to do back home - freeze a couple of 2 litre bottles filled with water, put them on a towel behind a normal fan.
