To all those sufferers out there let's hear ya?

Today's going to be a bad one

Any potions, remedies you use which you like to share....

Honey on toast it is for me this morning, need to scratch the hell out of my throat!

Highly recommend flexofenadine (so?) On prescription. They are 120mg and are superb

Nothing m8 they are all shit.

See if you go to docs and tell them that over the counter tabs ain't working and your taking 2 or 3 a day and still nothing. Struggle to drive at times with sore eyes etc they will give u a prescription for them or similar and 1 a day does the job for me (except on Night shift I take 1 when I wake up and another at midnight so I can sleep at night.

After you get them you just call up once your ready to run out and they will just give you another load.
