Can winks be deleted?

They sometimes disappear, the person hasn't blocked me, or am I going mad

Winks can be deleted. I've still got all my winks from my time on Fab. Even the one I gave myself.

I haven't deleted the one that disappeared, it has happened before, maybe a double tap and it's gone!
