So I'm hearing alot of mixed views on this subject. When you meet someone who is very sexually active on here would you insist to wear a comdom or go bareback. I think of your sleeping around lots then I wouldn't take the risk as you could end up being a walking std

Regardless of who or what the other person has done I use a condom.

You are responsible for your own sexual health.

I don't really think the views are that mixed to be honest. As a bloke i would say, if you is dipping it protect it

I doubt i would have got to my age without an STD of some sort unless the "old boy" was covered

I agree, I find it hard to believe people are happy to sleep around with strangers and not take precautions

'Sleeping around' is a judgmental term, as to much of the population, having anyone other than a committed sole partner is promiscuous.

There are many forms of protection but nothing will protect you from everything. People who have always used condoms are very likely to have caught STIs and not to know it. STI clinics don't test for everything, so if your results are always negative, it doesn't mean that you haven't caught anything.

In addition to using the protection that you want to, using regular testing services are essential for you to maintain closer to optimum health standards for you and your partners.

If you have more than one regular partner and that partner also has more than one, you should use condoms.

It is possible to get an sti even if you use a condom via oral for instance.
