Is it common for people to block you once pictures have been sent, I mean a msg saying not my thing or not intrested would be nice before a straight block

It is quite common, it's also quite common for people to respond to polite rejection with abuse or for people to leave the site once they see your pictures.

It's not nice but it's something we have to live with.

There and to the left a bit

If it's after you've exchanged a couple of messages back and forth already OP, I'd agree it would be the polite thing to do, although by no means a requirement.

If it's off the back of a totally cold first message you've sent, that happens to include pics, then it's no different from you putting the local pizza place or double glazing firm's unsolicited junk mail in the bin and shouldn't be seen as anything more.

I have a talent for scaring them off... one yesterday had only been on the site 18 minutes, was localish, sent a lovely pic of himself, I return one of us (as I always would) and a minute later he was unlos ... Im trying very hard not to take it personally

People have left the site on seeing our faces. We laughed!

Better than being told you owe them a new phone cause the screen broke.

A message saying not interested would be nice yes. What a lot of couples tend to do to us single guys is send a friends invite very early on. Don't fall for it guys, all they are after is a nose at your private pics..................once they've looked they then block you..........now that is sneaky

Well we manage to walk the streets without people falling at our feet so we usually opt for them knowing us

It's common, OP. We sent pics and got no reply even though promised he would, we messaged 'everything okay' to which he replied 'absolutely not'.

We've had it. We didn't like it, but it is what it is. Nobody owes anybody anything here, least of all an explanation.

I think some people are just in it to nose at pics and have no intention of reciprocating. I had this the other day: I started the conversation, including face pics with my first message. A few messages back and forth until I asked if I could see a face pic from her. Cue a speech about how I shouldn't need one because she's got good veris and then she blocked me. People are just weird!
