I gained half a stone recently... but have otherwise struggled to get above 13 stone Just recently started having 2 CNP ProMass shakes a day (3 scoops) and am eating a lot more, so hopefully that’ll have a good effect... I wore a jacket last night that I couldn’t zip up last year! Felt great! | |||

You could lower your sets ti heavy 5x5's and do as much mobility work as lifting in each session | |||
