Yes and even longer, top couple we clicked with in minutes of meeting and could have been friends for years. Had a bit/got some real life things that prevented us meeting up before then on both sides. Well worth the wait though and really looking forward to it.

Not really something I have a choice in, sad to say. I've conceded defeat when it comes to Fab and my vanilla social life has disintegrated since I realised nearly all of my social circle don't actually want me around but don't have the stones to say so.

Because after 10 years it's clear that I don't have it in me to be "successful" here. As for making new friends, at the moment I just don't have the psychogical or emotional energy to put myself out there again.

Its really hard when a social group drifts, I understand that, I lost a lot of my friends when I became unwell... But it made me appreciate the ones that hung around more. I rarely actually see those friends either because life and geography get in the way most of the time.

The most important lessen I learnt was to turn every negative thought into a positive one. And believe me thats super hard to begin with! Especially when you are mentally unwell as I was. But day by day, thought by thought, I taught my brain to think differently and eventually it started doing it on its own.

The laws of physics tell you that for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction... use that law. Turn your head around and be positive.
