On now and this week is dating scams? Apparently, millions and millions of pounds are handed over to these people.

Anyone here fallen or almost fallen for it?

I have fun with them on Tinder, they are pretty obvious.

I've been having a bit of a laugh on there this week. I've only been on for 3 days and already had a couple of scammers match me.

The profiles are so obvious too but they pass a wet and miserable afternoon.

I usually tell them I’m loaded and bored and a surprising amount are generals in Afghanistan.

One bloke insisted he was born and grew up in ‘Leichester’

All joking aside, some of these scams are very sophisticated, even the street smart can get caught out if they're not careful.

Plus, these dating site style scams prey on our weeknesses, fears and vulnerability, so its easy to see how they're successful.

Oh yeah, I had a general in charge of arminutions! Also a Captain who graduated at Westpoint UK.

I’ve been on dating sites since the internet was invented and none of the scams are sophisticated. The ones being scammed are usually desperate people with zero common sense.

They are hilarious! When finally questioned, they go all hurt, pouty and then gaslight.

One did tell me the name of the road next to mine as the place he grew up, a bit scary.

It's pretty sad really that some people are so vulnerable and gullible.

They'd be picking on the wrong person here as I've got no bloody money anyway!!
