They’ve told me it could take up to a week to feel fully ok but I did loose quite a lot of blood so you don’t really just bounce straight back from that

Sounds like a fractured rib. I had one a few years back after falling and landing on my arm.. every time I took deep breaths a sharp pain wouldn't catch it. There was nothing my gp could do so was prescribed strong pain killers. Takes up to 6 weeks to ease off. I hope you're better soon x

That's why I never bothered going as there's nothing they can really do I've been taking paracetamol but not really helping and hi welcome to the thread xx
