Stinking headache

Not sure if it's the weather, cloudy and a bit muggy, but have got a stinking, behind the eyes headache

Drink plenty of water

You're probably a little dehydrated.

Rule 101 for me if I've a headache I drink two glasses of water.

If I've still got it after an hour or so then I'll take something for it.

But of course the weather could be partly due to a headache too , if it's too close or thundery I get headaches.

Also reduce your screen time, switch off.

I drink water and have food if i havent eaten in a while, if it still hasnt eased off tablets, if nothing has worked sleep if i can.

I find its usual dehydration or stress though

get eyesight checked...and avoid lots of close work.

also elininate ALL chemicals from the home.
