Brekky - early morning - vegemite on toast

Brunch - 11ish - a cuppa and a bicky

Lunch 1ish - a bit of chook & salad

Dinner - is early evening before 7ish - perhaps flake & greens

Supper late night 10 - 11ish - nibbles and a decaf coffee

Defo a ROLL .... bread roll

It’s either lunch or dinner time in the middle of the day. The evening meal is tea and it’s a roll or cob or bap x
