Approaching ppl at club

Hi All. Myself and Hubby have been on the scene a few years now but when we go to Xtasia we end up standing on our own as we are too shy to approach ppl. We are going there the 6th may for the FFFF event as we want to have a good night. How do you know that a couple are interested. Would you just approach them and hope and pray they would engage in convo? This is not a judging post, just after some tips pls. Thank you.

I’d start with hello and see where the chat goes.

There and to the left a bit

I feel your pain OP and is something we have always struggled with when going to clubs largely due to not being that outgoing when we don't know people and know we've missed out on opportunities as a result - add to that the whole finding mutual four way attraction to others and the problem is further exacerbated.

Obviously nothing you can do about the latter problem without compromising principles but the only way round the wallflower thing is to brave it up and smile and approach people you find attractive and introduce yourselves and hope conversation flows from there and suggesting moving somewhere more comfortable if you're all happy to do so.

We suffer from low confidence so its hard too approach others. We always worry we wont be good enough etc.

In may weve booked hotel next door so we will both be having a drink so hopefully will be a better night all round xx

Brighton - even Hove!

this seems perfectly reasonable.

Wanking furiously in the direction of the “target” does not work. Despite seeing it in action several times and hearing the thwack thrap of cock pulling action in my ear.

While having a drink can help just be careful not to overdo it - d*unk and clubs never usually goes down well.

Another option is to post a meet or in the forums before you go so you can chat to other people that might be going the same night beforehand and you've at least broken the ice before you get there

No need to be shy , I bet the majority would welcome you approaching them , I’m dying to go to a club

We find most people at clubs are happy to engage into a conversation, once you have started chatting then a simple question is all that is needed.

If you're not confident approaching anyone, then try and talk on fab first so the ice is already broken?

Hi guys. We went through a stage of doing the very same thing.

In my opinion, the best tack is to not worry about spotting people who are interested in you, just go and talk to people you like the look of. If there's nobody that you like the look of, then talk to people who are also not talking to others.

There are many approaches to striking up a conversation, but if you make your mission to chat with people rather than to try and have sex with them, the stress levels are much lower.

As for what to say... you could start with what attracted you to them (I love your dress/hair/shoe/tits where did you get them) or just be bold and say "Hi we are Becky and Matt, you look nice so we thought we'd come and say hello".

Ultimately you have nothing to lose by trying, if they don't want to chat with you then you're no worse off than if you stand and talk to nobody... You can guarantee though that those who make the effort will have the most fun.

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

Get in the hot tub or jacuzzi - it is impossible not to get chatting when you hang out in the hot tub

Joking aside. We just used to chat to people in the hot tubs or bar area. You see them later on in the playroom and ask them if they want to play.

Stoke area

I believe the trouble for some people is that they are thinking about what they want the final result to be. So chat thinking that they would like to get involved with sexual fun with them.

Time for a rethink. Talk to anyone and everyone. Chat about what other clubs they have been to. Have they come far. What do they think of the music. Comment on what they are wearing. Lots of easy subjects to start a conversation.

By speaking to lots of people you will find it gets easier. You also can have verifications and swap details and those you chat to might be hosting a party in future and invite you along. You never know how one chat might open up things for you .
