Hope you feel better soon. I'd go to my nearest pharmacy and see what they can offer.

My friend and I were up a mountain once, lovely sunny skies overlooking clouds and rain and he said ‘I feel a bit under the weather’ - I thought ‘you lying bastard - the weather is all below you”

Slough Windsor ish

Honey and lemon in hot water plus 2 paracetamol every 4 hours. Wrap up and open some windows or get out for some fresh air if you feel up to it.

Honey and drugs seem like the winning combination so far

Oh no! Feel better soon. I always have blueberries, they help. When things are really bad, I steep garlic, lemon, honey and cayenne pepper in water, really muddle it all in, seive it, and drink. Add honey for sweetness. It’s foul, but it always gives me a night of sweating and I’m better in a couple of days!

Now that's a home remedy! I'm currently having a scalding bath to try to burn it out

No body accepts this but it's been scientifically proven that all you need to take is cheap paracetamol tablets and drink coffee or tea.
