What's your threshold! 19 mins and 8 seconds currently, my piss is boiling.

Shit music as well, it's to pay a parking fine, 3 mins late on my ticket, bastards! Do you think they purposely make you wait ages so you give up and then the 14 days pass where you can no longer pay half the price!

You try driving and parking in London - the bastards are out to get you for sure lol! A lot of the time the road signage is so bad it's tantamount to entrapment, and if I think I am innocent I refuse to pay and demand my moment in court!

Never got that far yet.....I've managed to get off about 4 of them, but that's probably over about 4 years.

I absolutely think they keep you on hold on purpose so you give up. I believe most government things do it, you know, council tax, rent and anything else they want you not to bother them with

As most don't get paid if they don't answer the phone I doubt any contact centre based organisation would keep you on hold on purpose.

Arguing with the bank over c_edit card charges i was on the phone for two and a half hours, on and off hold. Worth it though, i got back over two grand plus a hund_ed quid as a good will gesture for the inconvenience.

As mentioned earlier, London is terrible but so is the signage. Ive got away from 3 for bringing up the poor signage. Last one, turned out I was in a different borough to the ticket i received. Cheeky buggers are ticket happy because they have a quota to fill

If it's something important then I'd get grumpy (nobody comment about me being grumpy all the time) after 15 minutes. What REALLY gets my goat though, would to then be put through to a foreign call centre!!!

Done, purse is £65 lighter.

That's my reward for letting a little old lady go in front of me in Wilkinsons cos she was struggling holding these big plant pots, didn't know then that the husband was coming with a million packets of seeds and then one of the labels wasn't on the plant pot so he had to dither back to where they were to get one that had a sticker on.

I only went in there cos it's right next to the car park and I remembe_ed I needed to buy a roll of sticky back plastic!

I knew I should have put a £1 in the machine and got the hour but I didn't want it to swallow the 30p change, I had 30p in change so I bought half hour. Me not wanting to waste 30p ended up costing me £65 this is what I mean about me making shit decisions in my life!
