Who is cooking what for grub today guys?

Am beginning to get hungry so thoughts have well and truly turned towards food.

For me it is going to be spatchcock chicken ..... on rack in oven with roasties and garlic and onions and carrots and peppers in a baking tray underneath so juices drip all over them ....... looking forward to it already!!!

And will be doing mushy peas to make up for lack of gravy.

Chicken here. But full on everything like Christmas dinner for most as it’s how I do it every week of the year. Only difference is I can’t be arsed to make my own stuffing.

But not til this evening as Sunday afternoon is pub time for me and MrH

Spanish chicken and rice when I can drag my self away from Fab. Mrs T will probably kick me when she gets really hungry.

Got a spicy madras on the go, made my own chapati and a mango and chili salsa. Not typical Sunday food, but today is no typical Sunday.
