Facebook unblock help

Right so I got "poked" tonight on Facebook. But when I went to send a message Via messenger it said I had blocked him. I don't remember doing this. So went to unblock him and it won't let me@@ frustrated much. Any ideas u sexy ppl xxxx

I think facebook was so shocked someone used the poke feature, the site crashed

think there is a 48 hour thingy to change it - i might be wrong but sure the kids used to go on about - im friends with so and so again but cant unblock for a couple of days
