Whenever I'm a bit down and have a mental day ahead, I have a shower to the Benny Hill theme tune. Without fail leaves me buzzing like I'm chewing my face off in a North London squat rave.

We booked Sam Sparro for a small venue gig just a couple of weeks before that hit smashed into the charts. All credit to him he still turned up to play, albeit with a crew of suited security and not allowing anyone else backstage : )
