"Get What You Give" by The New Radicals rarely fails to help me keep my chin up and take on the day with a bit more sass and optimism.

The Birdy Song; A truly timeless, musical masterwork that could surely only have originated from the genius of JS Bach.....possibly

Whenever I'm a bit down and have a mental day ahead, I have a shower to the Benny Hill theme tune. Without fail leaves me buzzing like I'm chewing my face off in a North London squat rave.

Seriously, try it.

Black & Gold by Sam Sparro "

We booked Sam Sparro for a small venue gig just a couple of weeks before that hit smashed into the charts. All credit to him he still turned up to play, albeit with a crew of suited security and not allowing anyone else backstage : )

The Adele acoustic version of Black and Gold is astounding, well worth a YouTube (not that I'm usually a fan of the warbler)

'Rise today' by Alter Bridge.

This acoustic version gives me goosebumps every time

Possibly one of the most under rates singers around.

Enjoy
