I agree with you there I lost both sets of grandparents at a young age and a photo of my grandad popped up the other day and I thought I really miss you

I truly miss my Mum, there are some people that I have had bonds with in the past that are no longer in my life for one reason or another, or the dynamic moved on, and there are certain aspects of them, or that, that I miss.

There are some pets that l I miss too, they were still part of my family.

Yeah my best pal. He went through a grief and changed. Before that we spoke daily and met at least 3 times a week for breakfast and it was always us on nights out. We still spoke then he met a girl and his replies were very short after that. He stopped meeting up and eventually his replies were a bit off putting. I saw him about a year ago and when I went to say hello he turned away so I just left him to it. I think it was because his fiance was there...I'm not sure. Any time I ask mutual friends about him he's happy and got a family now. Just wish I could have shared those moment's with him. He was the pal that knew everything about me and he was the first person I told stuff to. Miss him...a lot x

I miss my dad. He hasn’t really been a part of my life since I was a child, I have no relationship with him and when I reach out to him it feels awkward and forced.

I was such a daddy’s girl when I was little so it breaks my heart.

In the middle

I miss someone who has been a special ray of sunshine in my life, he was the one for me from the moment I first met him, such a wonderful person, loving and giving and so funny, I don’t think I will ever laugh again, we just fit together in every way, he opened my eyes and my life to so many amazing things and I always told him I would love him forever and I will

Traffic land

For me it’s my Dad, we had our ups and downs and I’m not entirely sure I’ve let myself grieve properly, my husband had walked out a few months before and I was still reeling from that and working hard to make everything as right as I could for the kids.

I had a little moment after posting on the “what odd things do you keep in your fridge” thread. It was my Dad that told me to keep the super glue in there and the stuff I have in mine, he gave to me. He died 2.5 years ago and I can’t see me ever throwing it away

My dad. So many times I want to pick up the phone and see how he’s doing.

My best friend committed suicide in 1992 and I don’t think I’ll ever truly get over losing him and the great friendship we had. Such an amazing character. I wish he could have met my husband and kids.

My dad I held his hand as he passed away and I miss him every day. The man was tough as old boots and taught me that feeling sorry for yourself solves nothing. I don't miss my brother tho he's a prick haven't seen him in years ha!

It gets Better, with the passing of time. Nineteen years yesterday my best friend died. It doesn't hurt anymore, but you never forget.

a quandary, could you change my mind?

There are a few people I truly miss and for various reasons, it's not just the ones who have passed away, it's the ones due to time (on both sides) and timings just don't seem to aline, distances (some major distances some not so), along with those things life throws at us all.

Think I'll be sending some messages
