Hi there

Any of you fitness-minded ladies out there able to advise on any workouts I can do? I’m looking for a month long shredding challenge to tone up and lose weight and signing up in the gym this evening. I know I should go see a personal trainer but I thought I’d ask here first

I'm not a lady (obviously) but I've started doing the Insanity workout and I've actually slimmed down quite a bit!

If you're looking to tone up I'd suggest HIIT workouts (not just Insanity) and just general weight training

I'm probably not the best to give advice on, hopefully someone below would provide a better insight!

What I've done is made a little schedule of what parts of my body I should train, and it's usually a mix of compound and isolation workouts.

If you're new to it and looking for some general plans to give you an idea of progression or sequences, Muscle and Fitness or Body Building have some reasonable plans at various levels. Otherwise you might be best off getting a PT either at a gym or as a one off designing you a program to follow.

Highly recommend spinning I’m in decent shape I did a 45 min class yesterday burnt 1146 calories

If your joining a gym, they will be able to set you up with a programme to follow leading you to your goals. (Assuming you put the work in)
