The weather is improving and there's a list of festivals announced.

At the moment my to do list is Manchester Eats food festival, Sefton park international music festival and S2S in the park.

Am i overlooking any little gems?

Cropredy. Eclectic folk for mature hippy BABY boomers. V V Friendly, lots of loos and booze and three days of non threatening chill. Each day music stops sharp at midnight so plenty of sleep before a fry up. Cars next to Tents not miles away. Just one venue and if you don't like that particularly set, a short walk into a pretty, welcoming yet throbbing village which with lovely pubs and mini performances.
