Vape v Smoking on day 2

Ok so I'm trying to give up again. I still have baccy left but I wanna get vaping as of today as I went cold turkey yesterday and it was excruciating. Any advice as I want a vape that still feels a ciggie so I can slowly wean myself off . Thanks in advance

I've been vapeing now for I think over 3 years. The thought of a cig now is just discussing. I stayed away from all the tobacco flavours seemed to much like smoking to me. I smoked for over 30 years and tryed quiting countless times. It was so easy with vapeing. Have you got any kit yet ?

Why not just stop? Vaping is just swapping one addiction for another. It’s easy to stop smoking - stop buying them. I did it a few years ago and it really isn’t that hard.

Ok well I've had loads of different bit and pieces. I saved so much I wasn't bothered what I spent but I've found kangerteck to be the best gear. I'm presuming like I was your A pretty heavy smoker yes. I'd get a kangerteck cupti. It's an all in 1 box mod and tank. It's much less messing than separate tank and mod and holds 5ml of juice so should last you all day. What I also like about them is they have separate battery so again you buy 2 batrys so you've a spare just in case. There's 2 different 1s a cupti and a cupti 2. Both good but the 2 is much bigger as it uses 2 batrys at 1s. Go check them out on ether eBay or Amazon. If you deside to get 1 come back to me and I'll tell you what batrys to buy as they can be a minefield and there's lots of expensive shite out there. Pm me if you like no problem

I was a smoker for 35 years,since last November I haven't touched a fag. Yes I'm on a vape,which as helped big style. I'm now reducing the strength of the vape gradually so I can quit altogether.

I tried 3 times, the first with hypnosis, the second with nicorette patches and and the third (and final) time i went cold turkey..

I did that got myself down to zero nicotine but started pilling weight on and at the time the lowest strength you could buy was 6mg. So I started mixing my own. I'm on 2mg now just enough to stop me constantly being hungry.

I've been vaping a good 5 years now, I still used to smoke on nights out up until my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and subsequently died two years ago, since then it's just been vaping. I'm only on very low nicotine liquids and I only get the fruity flavours. I can't stand the smell of cigarettes now or be around heavy smokers, it just stinks.

I know what you mean . Both my parents died of cancer . They both smoked most of their lives and I don't want to leave it too late
