After watch The Big Short, it got me thinking that listening into the very successful CEO's phone calls could potentially be extremely profitable.

Does this happen or do CEO's use some kind of internal exclusive encrypted communication devices

Mi5 may like Americans nsa does to look out for potential threats. But if other companies do that then they would get done for corporate espionage.

It’s not allowed, therefore if anyone does it I wouldn’t expect to see it in writing here

What if you just use the knowledge to get an edge in the stock market, no one would ever know.

the blackberry is supposed to encrypt messages but the technology is not as good as android or ios so I guess a lot of CEO's use apple or android devices.

FBI was trying to access an apple phone but didn't allow them to have the master key so an Israeli company cracked an apple phone for them.

That's the official story but I don't believe it.

last year the software that the NSA uses to hack computers was found on servers and stolen and sold to hackers for millions on the dark web.

Yes but how do you prosecute someone for it? There's no evidence.

Just like electric car deaths? Who do you prosecute? The company, how?

Seems to me that you've done it and are looking for a way out when you get caught.
