So do me and the hubby. We’re both anaemic - both on iron tablets, but it isn’t enough. A nap a day keeps my sanity at bay

I work 7.45-9am and then 2.45-6pm. So I nap in between

Deliberately not doing anything today. This day last year felt I should doing some DIY instead of slacking.....ended up with hand being dragged into a chop saw, still recovering!
