In bole 1

Butter milk 400ml

2 eggs

Mix/quik wisk

Add chicken to mix

Put In frige for 1 hour.

In bole 2

Flour 250g

Then add.....

(1)Salt 2 tee spoons

(2)Thyme 1/2 table spoon

(3)Basil 1/2 table spoon

(4)Oregano 1 tee spoon

(5)Celery salt 1 tee spoon

(6)Black pepper 1/2 table spoon

(7)Dried mustard 1 table spoon

(8)Paprika 2 table spoons

(9)Garlic salt 2 table spoons

(10)Ginger 1 table spoon

(11)White pepper 1 table spoon

Mix well

Take chicken out of bole 1 and Cover chicken from bole 1 in bole 2 mix well.

Deep fry in oil till cooked and crispy

I've not dun it that way but i think you cood.

You wood need to add sum oil to the spice mix thoe or it wood end up as a dry rub and not a crispy coat.
