It’s an area which has a number of conflicting studies. You're less likely to find that reaction here, where it is much less common.

Personally, I see circumcision as unnecessary and wrong, unless there’s a medical reason for it (like phimosis). If anyone objects to foreskins on a hygiene basis, I’d suggest that’s akin to objecting to armpits for the same reason; your objection should be with the owner, not the body part.
