Anyone going to one this summer season? What was your most memorable festival experience from the past?

Donington 1984. A great line up.

Also, Thin Lizzy's farewell gig at Reading. I cried.

I’m off to Rize this year and contemplating some of the smaller ones.

Best one I’ve been to so far was the secret garden party two years ago which was incredible.

Well, you’ve really touched a nerve there. Too big an issue for Fab forum. It’s the sort of thing that needs to be thrashed out face to face!

Caravans - win every time.

Don't be ridiculous man !

If we pull up in a field. I will have made a cuppa and be watching porn on the tv while you are still winding down your legs and connecting up ya pipes ! But yeah. This isn't the place to debate it.

Ma first ever was Led Zep at Knebworth in '79, have been to many since then, including all the Monsters of Rock at Donington which is just down the road from me. Not been to Download for about 3 yrs, as I prefer the Rock & Blues Custom Show at Pentrich, which is just up the road from me as well.

Oh, I'm off to Barcelona next week for Primavera for the fourth time.

I'm not really into the massive festivals over here, there are lots of good small ones to go to.

Primavera rocks though, really looking forward to Spiritualized, Nick Cave and Bjork.

The best: Phoenix ‘95. I was 13. I went with my mama. We saw Dylan and Public Enemy. I got my first taste of The Fall.

The worst: Leeds ‘06. I took Saff when she was 2 months. It was a wicked line up but I spent the weekend changing nappies or strapped to a grumpy baby.

The next: Download ‘19. The grumpy baby is now a fully fledged emo. Not strictly my taste but I want her to have a Phoenix to remember forever.

My brother had nothing but praise for SlamDunk however Saff is all about the boys in eyeliner. Black Veil Brides are her current loves and if they don’t make the lineup next year she’s gonna be gutted!
