That was embarrassing.......

There's a chap at work (a big organisation) who I deal with occasionally, who I'd also previously trained, anyway I've always been quite proud that I was able to call him by his first name. I try to remember first names as I think it's important especially in a hierarchical organisation.

Ive just found out that I've been calling him the wrong name, and bless him, he's never said anything.

Anyone else embarrassed themselves of late.

I've got to the point on here where I use the Private Note function to remember people's names when they tell me as I've had a few instances where I've forgotten or got confused with someone else - which is potentially embarassing!!

I find the probability of me using the wrong name increases proportionately according to the frequency with which I use that name.

Should I clarify that I'm not the pic stealer, if I was I'd have nicked better ones.
