Hello Friends Fabbers and Forumites.

Had a music splurge in my local record shop today.

I always have a jolly natter with the lads that woek there.

We were talking about certain bands and how not too me them can almost male you a social out caste .

I said that to be honest I never really liked the Sex Pistols . One or two good songs the rest is rubbish and the Clash were far better .

So what bands that every one likes do you think nah not for me

Taff and Pooch

U2, always amazed no one else seems to notice they've only ever done one song, just at varying speeds...

He’s said that too and I quite believe him, I don’t mind their songs I just think they’re overhyped

Isn't this essentially the 'Overrated bands' thread rebranded?

Just saying

Not into Oasis. Though I do think Liam winds people up a treat.

Don't like U2, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and not a great fan of The Beatles either.

Nope freedom of choice is a wonderful thing.

Unless you like the Beetles and then you need to superciliously point out that people must have poor taste.

The Clash...any recordings they did are over rated. Now live, you are talking about a totally different animal.
