If you replace the condom in the packet and place a small saucer on the bottom of the pan then slowly boil it for three hours that should do the trick.

Always just rinse ours under the hot tap and and then dip it in some coconut oil to kill bacteria and helps moisturise the member too. Its gotten a bit worn down with wear and tear so been thinking of splashing out on a new one soon.
