Anyone use these little balls, how long for, doing what activities?

Just got Mrs some and keen to hear others experience with them.

Hope they are well made. There's a few varieties, some silicone made and designed for pleasure and strengthening others are cheap plastic and sometimes connected by string. You can use them however you like though I have met women who have just used them as a strengthening aid (and I can say they work). For play, they should be weighted, so if you take a walk, natural movement should make them jiggle and result in a clench. For play, again if they are decent quality you can use them as 'jiggle balls' and use them as this, say if fingering (two fingers).

Bought some while out shopping once. The gf popped off to the loo and popped them in and we carried on shopping..
