I need to get back into a bit of physical fitness this used to be easy for me as I used to play a lot.of football followed by golf both obviously quite good for you but unfortunately over the last 18 months or so I've stopped, I want to join a gym but I'm unsure of what I would need to be targeting and how much of each any help would be massively appreciated

If you join a gym you’ll get an induction and they’ll ask what your goal is and give you an exercise plan to achieve it.

Yes! I recommend getting a 10 session trainer. They’ll be able to point you in the right direction, show you how to use the gym machines and what exercises you should be doing!

Most gyms do circuit training and boot camp type classes too.

But, why don’t you gather the lads and start a five-a-side?
