"£7 I think. It was a really fancy third wave style filter. It was amazing, but I've only been in once or twice because I think that's a bit steep. " This was in Manchester.

" Third wave filter.. shouldnt cost no more than 3£ a cup (unless its a micro-lot 100€/kg bean which is rare & "special") But dont let that one time put you off filter coffee

"A fucking lot. When I was younger I came to Europe from the U.S. In Rome, for example, coffee was expensive, and then if you took into account the exchange rate...I can't even think about how much I've paid without feeling a bit sick. So I bought a coffee thermos that had slots in the bottom for instant coffee packets. I always bring that with me when I go to Europe, even though I don't like instant coffee. Addiction is an ugly thing. " I feel your pain

Ginger " Well since the average price of a Costa coffee is £3 then that would be 2 a day for a month , less her days off and it’s easily done . Good for her , these coffeee shops make a fortune out of the gullible public .
