Things your boss does to annoy

Afternoon Fabsters

What things do your bosses do that really annoy you?

Mine looks at his watch when I return from lunch! I never check my watch when I stay to finish a task for him.

This is the place to let off steam...!

If you’re a boss do you enjoy annoying us?

B xx

I had to take a day off recently due to family emergency. First thing my boss said was.

I will deduct that hours from your wages.

Again they forget about when you come in early and leave late.

So since then I work my set hours. Not a minute more.

Ring for a “catch up chat”

Just tell me what you have promised and what I’m gonna have to do to fix it.

I've actually got a amazing boss in my new job, really flexible on problems, I wasn't feeling well Monday so they asked if I wanted to take a annual leave day the next day as I was worried about needing a sick day do early on. There is no clock watching and if everything is done for the day you can leave, but it's expected that you stay late if it runs over another time.

The downside is she's leaving soon so it's who you get instead

One of my managers can get very sarcastic when she's asked for anything at all and can be a bit cliquey too. Thankfully she's gotten a lot nicer towards me recently!

My boss is an awesome guy! He's so friendly, outgoing, always has a smile and a cheeky joke or two, never complains about my time-keeping or if I've under-performed in my duties, let's me have time off short notice when I need it, I'm so lucky to such a great boss!

Oh yes; I AM my boss

Good for you. If effort over and above isn't appreciated, sod them!

Simply being a total incompetent twat! Giving time (and even promotions) to brown-nosing lazy, thieving bastards whilst not noticing or even having digs at the people who are actually doing all the work!

He huffs and puffs about everything !

And he always starts asking me about something complex as I’m going to lunch.

Where do I start.....

Giving me a deadline for something and then asking me for it way before the deadline.

Asking me for proposals and rejecting anything she does not understand. To be fair she does not understand most things which makes my job even harder.

Being a complete technophobe and rejecting all ideas of automation despite telling me I must find ways of improving efficiency and modernising workflows.

I find myself banging my keyboard a lot!!!

shits creek

Picks fault constantly with how you look, when there's nothing to fault all of a sudden the cropped jeans I've had for almost 2 years were "too short"

Well dude, I know full well my legs haven't got longer so now you're just being a cunt for the sake of it. Yes, I said that.

The things he wants you to do right there and then are always more important than the really important thing you're in the middle of even though they totally aren't.

Unrealistic targets.

Changes the rota at short notice.

Hovers around waiting for you to do finish doing something that he could of done himself if he could be bothered to. Instead he'll waste time waiting and watching.

Sings really loud and annoys me.

Parks her car about a inch of the side of mine.

Trys chatting my bf up infront of me.

Tells me off for leaving the scissors on the set top. Then she leaves crisp packets chocolate wrappers magazines tissues on the same set top.

Everytime a hot guy comes into the salon her voice changes and she starts talking all squeeky like a little girl.

Told me that my heels looked stupid and a waste of money. One week later shes wearing the same heels.

Gave me a lecture about getting d*unk on my birthday and told me I was young immature and irresponsible. The day after she phoned in ill as she had got d*unk the night before.

Invited herself to my friends baby shower.

Thus list can go on and on shes the most annoying person ever x
