I've been cheated on and cheated in the past it wasn't the cheating that got me ' hot and steamy' it was the person I was with.

It had nothing to do with the act of cheating I hated myself for that.

When we first got together Cheffy was married. I didn't really think about it, I was single and going nothing wrong and his marriage was his business. I didn't want any more than a fwb. A year on we realised we had fallen for each other and he left her, she was very cold about it, I felt for her though, it can't have been nice and I did feel guilty.

Once you have given urself permission to cheat you will find easier to justify it again in future whether with the same partner or future partners.
