According to the Freudian school of thought, one of the indicators of oral fixation is an almost addictive enjoyment of performing fellatio/cunnilingus (other indicators include smoking, gum chewing, pen/pencil chewing, nail biting, over-eating, alcoholism, thumb-sucking, garrulousness, and the use of sarcasm). Therefore, theoretically it should follow that the more orally fixated you are... the better you will be at performing fellatio/cunnilingus.

I have been a seven for most of my life. But I have swapped smoking for vaping, stopped biting my nails and have had a dietary revamp in the last few years so I am now a four/five. Becoming so has been an epic struggle.
