What would happen if Thor was to throw his hammer at Juggernaut running straight at him?

Good question.. based on physics of equal and opposite forces and juggernauts muntant powers - juggernaut should in thoery hit the hammer and stop with the hammer at his feet...

I am sure others will come up with a different thought process..

Thor's hammer wouldn't stop Juggernaut, but Juggernaut isn't physically strong enough to knock it away by running into it. The hammer would probably just repel off the Juggernaut and go back to Thor.

Now if the Juggernaut were to jump and the hammer were to come crashing down on him, it would drop him easily. The Juggernaut cannot receive physical pain or damage, but that doesn't mean he can't be knocked around or down. Especially since he's already mid-air.

That's a better question. The other way round wouldn't do anything. The hammer would just bounce of Juggernaut. The hammer is immovable, not unstoppable. Vice versa for Juggernaut.

It's literally a case of an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object

Mjolnir must have some fancy geosynchronous positioning thingummy going on, as the earth is constantly moving through space and it would remain in that spot as the world drags itself around where Thor leaves it. Aren't comics great!

Haha technically the hammer isn't affected by gravity or magnets so if you leave it whereever it will not move even if the rest of the earth blows up

Juggernaut is capable of absorbing energy, so, he would stop Thor's hammer dead in its tracks.

Well it's not going to happen because Hela destroyed mjolnir so Thor no longer has the hammer to throw at juggernaut
