So which tupe of roast do you ptefer on a Sunday? Chicken, pork, beef, nut or spit

Its not economically sound for me to do a roast...

But if i had the choice it would be a nice leg of lamb with all the trimmings

If I'm cooking it's chicken and I will get 3 days out of it. If I go out I have beef in my local, or if it's a carvery I'll have everything available!! Nom nom.

I’ve just roasted beef too... it’s becoming a bit of a habit on a Sunday. I’ve always thought a roast for one was too much effort but it’s so lovely and I get at least three meals out of it in the week.

I indulge in stuffing and cranberry with any sort of roast too... mainly cause there’s no-one here to tell me I can’t.
